The International Exit Planning Association is the governing body responsible for establishing and maintaining standards for the CBEC® designation.

Members form a national network of senior-level advisors who are all trained and supported in a common system to deliver high-quality, customized solutions to business owners regarding the growth and eventual exit from their privately-held businesses.

Membership in the IEPA provides access to this network through the Referral & Collaboration Portal, our online invitation-only space designed for collaboration.

All CBEC® designees must maintain membership in IEPA to sustain their designation and use the CBEC® marks.
