  As a Private Advisor To Business Owners Who Want To Grow & Transfer Their Business. For nearly three decades, I have been helping clients clear away the impediments that almost always stand between small-to-medium-sized business owners and the achievement of their long-term financial and lifestyle goals.

With multi-faceted skills, experience and knowledge in all areas of business planning, I am uniquely qualified to guide my clients through pitfalls and coordinate what are oftentimes disparate efforts in long-term business operations and planning. Having “walked the talk” as a business owner since 1981, I know firsthand the many challenges business owners face, and the fallacies that complicate those challenges.

In my book, Navigate Your Business To Achieve Your Ultimate Dream!, I show small-to-medium-sized business owners how to “step out of the business,” overcome common misconceptions and work on planning for their company’s future.

I am a Master Business Advisor, Certified Value Builder, and Certified Business Exit Consultant. And have helped over 250 businesses be bought or sold with very good returns. I also hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Ball State University and has been a practicing CPA for 30 years.
